Event details
The Digital Product Passport is an essential tool for the circular economy, ensuring transparency throughout the supply chain. It aims to provide comprehensive information on a product's life cycle, from manufacture to final disposal, creating a link between consumers, manufacturers and resources. By providing data on the origin of raw materials, CO2 emissions, or repairability, digital product passports encourage consumers to make informed purchasing decisions, and promote product circularity.
This webinar will address the challenges of traceability in Wallonia and at European level, with a presentation of theCircular Ecosystem, an introduction to the legislative framework, and an example from beyond our borders. It is specifically aimed at Walloon companies and organizations.
The detailed program will be announced at a later date.
Les Rencontres de l'économie circulaire aims to raise awareness and foster a common understanding of the circular economy and its challenges. The fundamental aim is to stimulate and encourage the adoption of more circular practices within the Walloon economy. Over the course of the meetings, the various levers of the circular economy will be explored in greater depth, enabling participants to develop their knowledge and skills.
