Call for projects 'Proof of Circularity' Edition 3

What?

A solution, an innovation aimed at a significant improvement in one of the life cycle dimensions of the product related to Materials, Process, or product design, to support a circular business model or an innovation strategy within the company

Examples of funding:

• Business Model: launching a new Business Model and conducting a feasibility study on it

• Deployment of a technology to reduce the environmental impact of its activity

• Redesign of a product to improve its life cycle (LCA, design,...)

• Work on the company's strategy and its environmental values

• Man hours required for the company's transition Study of environmental impacts (carbon footprint, etc.)

• Transition to a secure supply of secondary materials (recycled materials) Services of an environmental expert consultant Services of a digital energy solution provider consultant.

• Services of a Business Model Consultant Training to get started (only applicable for the CIRCULAR ADOPT category)

• ...

For whom?

Consortia of private companies of all sizes, economic-type non-profits, and Walloon cooperatives in the economic value chain 'Metal – Batteries – Transport', wishing to develop or improve eco-designed products or circular economy practices.

Why participate?

To finance the real-life implementation phase of an eco-design innovation, which can be a technical solution, for a circular business model or an innovation strategy within the company.

How much?

• CIRCULAR ADOPT category > €15,000

• CIRCULAR AMBITION category > €30,000: projects that can prove that the targeted implementation of the PoC embodies a long-term vision

• 70% subsidized

Selection based on a self-assessment grid for eco-design of the project and the demonstration of one or more significant improvements.
