ICEDD is an independent research and consultancy firm supporting businesses and public authorities in their energy, economic, and circular transition. ICEDD makes its scientific and technical expertise available to public authorities and businesses in order to support them in the concrete implementation of the transition towards a sustainable world. Its expertise is organised around four core activities: Diagnosis & Evaluation (1); Prospective Studies (2); Transition Support (3); Training & Participation (4). The services offered by ICEDD aim to assess strategies and formulate recommendations for the adoption of sustainable production and consumption patterns. These recommendations incorporate the findings of scientific work carried out at regional, national, and European levels, as well as the specific expertise accumulated by the team across its various fields of intervention. ICEDD carries out its missions with full scientific independence and in a spirit of public interest. This research bureau is strictly independent of any economic group, political party, or confessional movement, positioning itself as a neutral partner. Its organisational structure enables it to undertake specialised technical assignments on an ad hoc basis, thereby developing consolidated expertise without being subject to any obligation of economic growth or profitability.
