Round table: "Digital and human management: antagonism or convergence?"

The health crisis we are currently experiencing has completely overturned the codes of working methods and conditions. With digital technology as a powerful ally, organizations of all types and sizes and their staff have had to adapt in no time to this unprecedented situation, generating a profound transition in human resources management.

At this round table, the HEC Digital Lab, together with a number of industry specialists, will look at how human management has been impacted by this crisis, how organizations have adapted with the help of digital technology, and what the outlook is for a "post-Covid" era.
