The Industrial Masterclass Programme, organised by the MecaTech Cluster, consists of four short, expert-led sessions (“sprints”) designed to support managers and key staff of industrial SMEs in addressing priority challenges. It covers topics such as supply chain resilience, cost optimisation, talent management and access to new markets. The programme focuses on practical decision-making and translates strategic issues into immediately actionable steps.
