Real-time data collection and performance monitoring

The objective of the project is to establish an interface with interoperability across the production equipment of the Valtris sorting center to enable the most robust possible data collection and monitoring. This initiative is fully aligned with the adoption of future digital technologies. These data should help optimize production process operations through data processing and analysis techniques. In the medium term, they will enable the implementation of artificial intelligence to assist process engineers and operators. This would also allow for the creation of digital twins to identify anomalies and weaknesses, helping to justify future investments.
