About
Three Thematic Priorities
Greater circularity across the value chain: recovery and reuse of war debris, metal recycling, and the design of closed-loop systems for construction materials.
Decarbonisation of the construction and infrastructure sector: deployment of low-carbon binders, low-footprint aluminium, and bio-based materials.
Improved energy efficiency in buildings: high-performance buildings, smart HVAC solutions, and integration of renewable energy sources.
Cross-cutting challenges remain crucial: asbestos removal, safe management of war-related waste, decontamination of polluted soils, and proof of feasibility through pilot projects (Proof of Concept).
Why Participate?
This call represents a unique opportunity for your company to:
Take concrete action in the sustainable reconstruction of a European country,
Demonstrate solidarity with populations affected by war,
Showcase your expertise in circularity and decarbonisation,
Contribute to building a true Team Belgium dedicated to Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

Quickly identify Belgian expertise and companies interested in participating.
