K2C Circular Boost

Circular Boost, part of the Interreg Meuse-Rhine Key 2 Circularity (K2C) project, helps manufacturing SMEs implement circular economy strategies in a practical and operational way. The program uses design as a driver of sustainability and offers tailored support to turn ambitions into tangible solutions. Selected companies work on their products, processes, and business models to identify circular opportunities, test and validate ideas, and co-create a Proof of Concept (TRL 5-7) with a multidisciplinary team. The approach combines methodology, design coaching, business advice, and technical expertise to strengthen SMEs’ competitiveness and resilience in a changing economic and environmental context.
