Mundo Louvain-La-Neuve

Mundo Louvain-la-Neuve is part of the Mundo family of centers.

These are office centers that aim to bring together dynamic forces and provide an efficient working environment for associations, NGOs, and social economy enterprises. Five other centers complete the family: Mundo-b (in Brussels, the project pioneer), Mundo-n in Namur, Mundo-j in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels, and Mundo-a in Antwerp. Starting in 2023, Mundo Louvain-la-Neuve offers private and professional workspaces, meeting rooms, a restaurant, and various ancillary services.

The centers are built and managed by the company Mundo-Lab.

Social and environmental responsibility is a key concept in our centers. Our buildings are designed to minimize their environmental impact (energy, water, waste, mobility, biodiversity, reuse, and recycling, etc.). Furthermore, we carefully select our partners and subcontractors, favoring work reintegration projects and social economy actors.

Mundo provides the ideal environment for collective creation and the sharing of ideas and resources, fostering interactions between tenants: associations and cooperatives.
