About

La Thiérache is an Adapted Work Enterprise (ETA) dedicated to providing stable and fulfilling employment for individuals with disabilities or illnesses. For many years, the company has been working with a primary social mission: to promote the professional integration of people described as "extraordinary." The company stands out for its commitment to providing high-quality services across various sectors while promoting the values of solidarity, respect, sustainability, quality, expertise, and flexibility.

La Thiérache operates in four main areas: La Thiérache Bois, specializing in sawmill and pallet production; La Thiérache Gourmande, offering catering, homemade prepared meals, and cooking for institutions; La Thiérache Emballe, focused on packaging; and La Thiérache Verte, dedicated to park and garden maintenance. These activities are carried out with particular attention to the needs of each employee, allowing them to thrive and fully express their skills.

The company places a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability through eco-friendly practices, such as the use of sustainable materials and waste valorization. By combining social engagement with economic performance, La Thiérache ensures impeccable service quality while fostering a harmonious work environment that respects diversity. The company also prioritizes continuous training for its staff to ensure service excellence that meets customer expectations.

Choosing La Thiérache means opting for a socially responsible partner that provides high-quality services at fair prices while supporting the professional inclusion of individuals often excluded from the job market.

collective catering sector:

Our collective catering sector follows an approach focused on sustainability and eco-circularity, with an emphasis on using local and seasonal products. This approach helps reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing transportation and supports the local economy. It also promotes healthy and balanced eating, offering meals made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. We view ourselves as a key player in taste education, providing varied meals in collective settings such as schools and recreational centers. By prioritizing local and seasonal products, we encourage culinary diversity and support local producers. Our goal is to raise awareness among consumers, particularly younger generations, about the importance of making responsible and environmentally respectful food choices. Thus, our collective catering sector is fully integrated into a broader effort to promote sustainability, taste education, and support for the local economy.
