Consom'Action

ConsomAction is a non-profit organisation that brings together professionals involved in responsible consumption and the circular economy in Belgium. Its network includes stakeholders active in bulk sales, reusable packaging systems, zero-waste initiatives and sustainable, ethical and local value chains across retail, food production, hospitality and related services.

The organisation represents and advocates for the sector before public authorities, policymakers and the media. It supports collaboration among its members, promotes the sharing of good practices and helps develop collective solutions that strengthen sustainable consumption models.

ConsomAction also conducts awareness-raising and communication activities aimed at encouraging more sustainable production and consumption patterns. Through training, guidance, practical tools and events, it supports professionals in adopting approaches based on waste prevention, reuse and resource efficiency. The organisation is officially recognised by the Walloon Region as an environmental association.
