Developed by TU Delft, the CIRCO method allows for rethinking products and services through a holistic approach to value chain analysis in order to identify product/business model pairs that enable the capture and creation of value for the company.
Product and business model innovation offers companies the opportunity to:
develop a competitive advantage,
gain competitiveness,
create new revenues,
penetrate new markets.
This reflection is done through the lens of the circular economy, which aims to extend the lifespan of products and their components and to improve the resilience and efficiency of our economic systems.
The series of workshops will last for 6 weeks. They will take the form of collaborative workshops guided by accredited experts.
Target Audience: Manufacturing companies that aspire to innovate their business model and develop a (more) circular activity.
Deliverable: A new value proposition translated into a new business model, redesign ideas for products, and the identification of complementary services and partnerships.
CIRCO+: Personalized support based on the roadmap generated during the 3 days of collective workshops (1.5 days of personalized consulting).
Conditions:
A maximum of 10 companies per program, with each company working on its own proposal, along with moments for exchanges, experience sharing, and networking.
Each company is represented by 2 people with complementary profiles (product expertise and business expertise).
Language: French.
3 days of CIRCO workshops: free (subject to de minimis aid, i.e., 3335€ excluding VAT)
3 days of CIRCO workshops + personalized CIRCO support: 1000€ excluding VAT (subject to de minimis aid, i.e., 3629€ excluding VAT)
Location:
The workshops will take place in person, location to be defined according to the location of the registered companies.
This edition will take place in Namur and/or Liège.

During the year 2025, a call for PoC "Proof of Circularity" projects will also be launched, and participation in the workshops can enhance the quality of the submitted projects and qualify for an Ambition level (provided that circularity is part of the company's long-term strategy as well).
