How can we better identify, extract, and recycle these magnets in order to reduce the loss of strategic resources? And how can industrial sectors in Europe be developed to meet these new challenges of sovereignty and sustainability?

The Technological Innovation Partnership projects "REVERSE METALLURGY," Next Generation EU "CISTEMEEC," as well as Horizon Europe "MAGELLAN" and "PERMANET," in which ULiège and Comet-Traitements participate, help provide concrete answers that will be illustrated during this conference-meeting.

The conference will be introduced by Professor Pierre Duysinx (Faculty of Applied Sciences, Land Vehicle Engineering, ULiège)
