Together, you'll create a game board to discover the well-known and lesser-known challenges of the circular economy, using food as a concrete example. Around the stages of production, processing, distribution, consumption and waste management, cards will appear to reveal the hidden face of our agri-food system. This game will enable you to understand the existing circuits, reflect on their impacts and actions that reinforce sustainable food.

The first part will be devoted to discussion.
The second part will be devoted to putting together the "food canvas" created by EFDD, in collaboration with SPW. We will briefly summarize the information gathered and put it into perspective with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Finally, we'll end the afternoon with a lively debate.
