In February 2024, Mundo Louvain-la-Neuve celebrated the opening of the sixth Mundo office center, the most advanced of their buildings in terms of eco-design.
During this visit, the team invites you to discover what lies behind this innovative and sustainable building. From design to execution, they will share the circular practices implemented. Topics will include the choice of reclaimed materials (a structure made of reclaimed steel that reduces its ecological impact by 20 times compared to new steel and by 2 times compared to European wood), how the entire building has been designed with future changes in mind (modular office spaces, reversible parking), as well as how to enhance renewable energy sources (such as geothermal energy).
