Event details

This event will be divided into 3 sub-themes:

  • Part 1: Digital transformation, digital for the circular economy. This part will focus on agri-food companies that have opted for digital technology without revolutionizing their entire processes.

  • Part 2: How can co-products be valorized? What's at stake and what should be done? Immersion in regional (via measure 59 of Circular Wallonia) and European (B Resilient project) strategies working on the valorization of various co-products, including brewery dregs, apple pomace, rapeseed cake, wheat bran, stone fruit and whey. Testimonials from companies that have opted for valorization: challenges and opportunities.

  • Part 3: Presentation of a mapping of financing tools for agri-food businesses. This final part will enable companies to identify the financial levers available for their project.
