What services do we offer?
-To guide you in implementing the principles of DNSH
-Assist you in drafting your works and services contracts to enhance sustainability and circularity
-Support you in your sustainable/circular construction projects, at both the design and execution stages.
What themes are envisaged?
The support scheme will work on specific themes related to sustainable construction/renovation, including circularity aspects.
The various themes addressed will include analysis of renovation vs. deconstruction/construction, choice of materials (new materials, reused materials, biobased materials, etc.), the environmental performance of the building (energy savings, energy efficiency, etc.), and the use of renewable energy sources. ), the building's environmental performance (using the Totem tool), the implementation of best available practices on construction sites (BAT), waste management, CO2 emissions, energy, water, land management, biodiversity, noise/vibration, eco-design, modularity, spatial and technical reversibility, the principle of accessibility of materials and equipment, etc.
These themes are also linked to the 6 principles of the DNSH:
