About
We are targeting only those panels that can no longer be reused as such. Our project involves shredding these panels to produce blown wood fiber insulation. We have invented (patent pending) and developed a process to recycle pieces of wood fiber panels, particularly those at the end of their useful life (from deconstruction, furniture, and fittings) such as MDF, HDF, LDF, etc.
Our process converts 100% of the panel mass into insulating fibers (excluding foreign materials), meeting the standards of wood fibers produced from fresh wood for building insulation (lambda of 0.40).
Our objective is to launch an insulation production unit by the end of 2023, with capacity gradually increasing from 1,500 tonnes to 10,000 tonnes.
The Go Circular project aims to streamline sourcing and integrate our activity into the current network of deconstruction and material recycling stakeholders.
