The goal of Cyréo is to create a positive impact by training and employing individuals who are far from the job market, while adhering to a sustainable development approach. Through its activities, Cyréo supports its workers in their socio-professional reintegration journey, removing the barriers to sustainable and quality professional integration.

Awards and Labels In 2018, Cyréo received the Sustainable Development Award from the Province of Namur, recognizing its commitment to a greener and more equitable future. Cyréo is also accredited by the Walloon Region as an integration company, hazardous waste collector, and a class 1 works company by the Federal Public Service Economy. Additionally, it holds the Finance Solidaire label and is a member of various federations, including Atout EI and Ressources, which support the social and circular economy.

A Cooperative for All Profiles Cyréo welcomes workers with diverse backgrounds, often with complex life paths. These workers receive training in various professions, while also benefiting from personalized support to overcome barriers to long-term employment. Through its various activities, Cyréo enables its workers to acquire transferable skills, such as punctuality, adherence to safety instructions, autonomy, teamwork, and small team management. Specific skills vary, ranging from sorting and cleaning household appliances to landscaping and managing mobile construction sites.

Prevention and Support for Integration Cyréo places particular emphasis on prevention to combat absenteeism. It supports its workers by addressing daily challenges: transportation issues in case of breakdowns, health management, preventing absences due to administrative or family problems, and more. This comprehensive support is essential for ensuring successful professional reintegration.

Partner in the Objectif Emploi Gembloux Project As a partner in the Objectif Emploi Gembloux project, Cyréo participates in a pilot reintegration project funded by the European Social Fund and the Walloon Region. This project aims to help individuals who have been unemployed for over two years find meaningful employment that suits their needs, while developing jobs of the future focused on sustainable development, service to others, and short supply chains.
