The aim is to showcase our innovative eco-design site and all the circular practices we've been implementing since the start of construction. We'll be talking about our choice of recycled materials (reclaimed steel framework, which reduces our ecological impact by a factor of 20 compared with new steel, and by a factor of 2 compared with European wood, urban mining, etc.), how we're designing the entire building with a view to future changes (modularity of office spaces, reversibility of parking, etc.), and how we're making the most of renewable energy sources (geothermal energy).
We'll take the groups (maximum 15 people per group) to our office center currently under construction in Louvain-la-Neuve, where we'll explain our concept and vision for this building for associations active in sustainable development. We'll be able to show parts of the construction site and explain our circularity actions as we go along.
