Event details
CAP Innove, in collaboration with Le Cercle du Lac, invites you to its Impact Café! The aim of this breakfast is to raise awareness of the importance of integrating the human aspect into the implementation of a circular economy project (reverse logistics, eco-design, industrial symbiosis, new business models). Indeed, for a project with a sustainable dimension to be successful, not only must operational aspects be integrated, but also the human aspects, so that individuals become aware of the need to adapt their behavior. The presentation will begin by explaining the importance of integrating the "Change Management" dimension into the implementation of a circular economy project. Indeed, to move from a linear logic to a circular logic, it's not just the organization that changes, but above all the individuals who make it up (roles, ways of working, habits, values, etc.). To help you support your employees in this transition, Luc de Jaeger (Founding Partner Nexum) and Antoine Wouters (Head of Global Account) will present the Prosci methodology, which has become one of the most widely used approaches for managing the human dimension of change in companies.
