Circular Buildings Awards 2025

The Circular Buildings Awards return for their 5th edition! Organized by Booster du Réemploi with support from Construction21, this free competition highlights the most ambitious reuse and circular design projects in the building sector.

With over 120 entries in 5 years, it has become a benchmark for replicable, sustainable construction models within traditional real estate contexts.

Why participate?

Eligible projects:

• Large-scale reuse (materials, components, structures)

• Broad circular design: modularity, reversibility, new usage models

• Building, infrastructure, or district-scale developments

How to apply:

• Publish a case study under the relevant category (Buildings, Infrastructure, or Districts) on Construction21 France, regardless of project location.

Key dates:

• March 3, 2025 – Call opens

• May 31, 2025 – Deadline for submissions

• November 2025 – Awards ceremony
