Sweet Crumbs
Project
Artisanal large-scale production and marketing of pastry products made from 'crumbler flour,' derived from bakery by-products of their sister company, Copains (150T/year). A range of 6 products (shortbread, financiers, cookies, cake, crumble, and pie crusts) has been developed and is ready for market. This project is temporarily named 'Sweet Crumbs.'
