The project aims to manage the overall waste of hemp blocks on a national scale by analyzing the flows of this waste at all levels of the value chain: during the production phase, the construction/site phase, and the deconstruction phase. The waste will be valorized by developing new bio-based and carbon-neutral insulating products for the construction sector.

About
IsoHemp aims to implement a comprehensive management of hemp block waste at the national level.
This will be possible through an analysis of the flows of this waste at all levels of the value chain: during the production phase, the construction/site phase, and the deconstruction phase.
The goal is to recover, sort, and process this waste in order to then valorize it by developing new bio-sourced insulating products that are carbon neutral for the construction sector.
This project rely on collaboration with contractors in the construction sector and self-builders.
