E-BMS (Mobile Monitoring and Diagnostic Device for Lead-Acid Batteries)
The project aims to launch and promote a mobile service for monitoring and diagnosing Lead-Acid batteries. It's a diversification based on known and mastered processes. Through this new venture, EcoBattery plans to climb up the value chain in this sector by optimizing battery usage and increasing the volume of regenerated batteries.

About
Lead-acid batteries are essential components in traction and handling sectors, powering almost the entire fleet of electric machinery in businesses. However, these costly batteries often suffer from inadequate maintenance due to a lack of technical knowledge or available time. This negligence accelerates battery deterioration, increases the risk of breakdowns, and potentially compromises employee safety.
Moreover, defective traction batteries are frequently left unrepaired, either due to the limited expertise of distributors or because diagnostic evaluations are performed too late. The practice of systematic battery replacement is increasingly problematic, exacerbated by inflation and extended delivery times, which negatively affect company productivity.
Within this context, early intervention during battery degradation allows the recovery and revaluation of key raw materials such as lead, acid, and plastic before they become polluting waste. This approach significantly contributes to the circular economy.
To address these challenges and promote battery reuse according to Lansink's ladder, a mobile monitoring service is now being offered. This solution, deployed directly on company premises, continuously assesses battery conditions, predicts imminent deterioration, and optimizes logistical management and battery lifespan. This service is increasingly appealing to companies facing these operational challenges.
