CycleCare+
Pro Velo aims to offer a circular sales contract to maintain control over the new bike sold until the end of its life cycle. Each new bike will have multiple owners and, at the end of its life, it will be used for mechanical training and/or to create a bank of parts for bike maintenance. Additionally, cyclists will have the option to purchase high-quality second-hand bikes.

About
The project aims to evolve the bike store by deploying the sale of services rather than goods. Each bike would have several owners throughout its life, and a maintenance program would extend that life. At the end of their life, the bikes would be transferred to the integration network, with a view to teaching and supplying the parts bank needed to maintain the bikes.
The business model is based on knowledge of the cycle sector. Reconditioning is complex and time-consuming, as bicycle components are rarely compatible between different makes and models. It is therefore necessary to work upstream on known bicycles (mastery of the necessary parts). Innovation lies in building customer loyalty through a contractual purchase-maintenance-resale cycle (control of the flow of bicycles), which ensures the project's longevity.
