As part of the Digital Wallonia strategy, the Digital 4 Circular Wallonia program aims to activate digital technologies to accelerate the deployment of the circular economy in Circular Wallonia's priority value chains. An opportunity for Walloon companies to join the circular economy dynamic thanks to the resources provided for in the Wallonia Recovery Plan.
Why participate?

Do you need a helping hand to test the feasibility of a digital solution in a circular project? Take part in our call for projects and turn your ideas into reality!
You can apply for up to €75,000 for each single application (for a maximum of 70% of total estimated project costs).

What type of project?
This call finances individual or collective demonstrators (PoCs) of digital technologies accelerating the spread of the circular economy in Wallonia.
Projects must bring together an entity representing the "business" side (digital demand - beneficiary) and another entity representing the "technology" side (digital offer - expert).
These entities can respectively be made up of several companies (demand) and several companies and/or organizations (supply).
The beneficiary entity must be made up of Walloon companies, or have at least one operating headquarters in Wallonia. Companies must have a company number. They can be of any size and present any degree of digital maturity.
The project must benefit at least one of the priority value chains of the Circular Wallonia strategy, namely plastics, construction and buildings, the water cycle, metallurgy (including rare metals and batteries), textiles, food systems, and the biobased economy.

Terms and conditions
The call for projects opens at the end of June 2023 and closes on September 15, 2023.
Applications will be analyzed by the Digital 4 Circular Wallonia Steering Committee, made up of representatives of the Agence du Numérique, the Circular Wallonia coordination unit (SPW EER Economic Policy Directorate) and the Cabinet du Ministre de l’Economie et du Numérique.
The actions financed must start in 2023, and may not extend beyond September 30, 2024.
The amount requested per project may not exceed the financial ceiling of 75,000 euros, for a maximum coverage of 70% of total project costs.
How to apply?

Assign the role of project sponsor. The project applicant is the organization responsible for submitting the single application file. It is the main project promoter, but does not necessarily have to be the grant recipient.
Complete le dossier de candidature, which must be submitted only once per project, and which includes the list of stakeholders and a detailed description of the project.
If the applicant is a service provider or if there are several beneficiaries, each beneficiary (except the applicant beneficiary) must complete a formulaire d'inscription.
All beneficiaries are required to send a declaration of honor for de minimis and future de minimis aid to digital4circularwallonia@adn.be . Please use the following template:déclaration minimis.

Applications not complying with the procedure will be considered inadmissible.
